- 01An immersible (or submersible) ultrasonic transducer box is a sealed, corrosion-resistant enclosure fitted with an array of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers. It is lowered or fixed into a liquid-filled tank and, when connected to an ultrasonic generator, converts electrical energy into high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations. These vibrations create millions of microscopic cavitation bubbles in the liquid, which implode against the surface of components to remove dirt, oil, oxide layers, and other contaminants — or to enhance chemical/physical processes such as mixing and degassing
- 02It's the right fit if you:• Already own a tank (of any size or shape) that you want to convert into an ultrasonic cleaning system, without buying a whole new machine• Run an electroplating plant and need effective pre-treatment or post-treatment cleaning of components before/after plating• Need a high-power ultrasonic process for creating a homogeneous solution, dispersion, or emulsion (mixing/degassing applications)• Have an existing ultrasonic cleaning tank whose transducer box has aged, weakened, or failed, and needs a replacement
